Usually I play on your guys server only when friends (poop, knight, tina, mona) play there. yesterday tina invited me to play, and so I did. after about 45 min, I randomly get banned. I wasn't using my mic at all, so I suppose it was not because of that. I was not talking shit either, but I heard you guys are cool enough to tolerate shit talking, as most servers do, unless it's just completely out of hand. I'm not sure why I got banned, but I would appreciate an explanation. Thanks.

You got banned because you admitted at some point in the past that you did hack but just for fun. We all agreed then to ban you and we did but since the server got moved etc the banlist got wiped so you were unbanned. Therefore you have been re-banned

Seems quite sketchy considering the fact that I have played there multiple times with many admins on, including yourself, even after you guys "wiped the ban list". Why wait this long and then decide to ban me? It's either one of two reasons.

One: I was obviously banned for a different reason unstated.
Two: Your reason, which is that your team of procrastinating admins finally decided "oh, we forgot to ban shocka. lets do it now".

A thing that is more brilliant than this whole situation, is that one of your own admins has hacked before. His punishment ended up being a brutal lecture. Scary shit, I know.... Aside from the fact that most of your clan members are hypocritical ignoramuses, I don't believe I got banned because you supposedly "forgot". Obviously you don't ban hackers, as I proved with your trustworthy clan member. You banned me for other reasons, or so it seems.

so what exactly were you trying to accomplish with this shocka? honestly explain what in your right mind made you think you'd convince anybody to unban you by coming in here and talking shit.

now when i got on steam later today i was gonna try to talk to people against my better judgment and convince them that we need to do this right and proper because essentially what we're doing in your case is running the shit like mominator by banning without sufficient proof which we all agreed never to let happen when we left her server, the end result would be you most likely being unbanned.

but then here you come mouthing off and now i can't justify crap because of what you said here and now.

now i don't know what the deal was with chunkey hacking back in the day, i know almost nothing about it because it all happened probably a year or more before i had even heard of counterstrike. but the way i hear it, the situation was different from yours because:

1) there was no proof against chunkey other than accusations. no demos, no nothing.

-in previous instances where you were banned there were demos recorded by people from sa prison and the only reason mominator never banned you permanently was because she liked you. more importantly a few months ago two people close to YOU told ME personally that you've openly admitted to hacking "for fun" in both pubs and scrims.

2) chunkey wasn't a member of AE yet when he was supposedly caught hacking, he was a member of TMT so you cannot hold that against anyone in AE. he joined AE after his name had been sufficiently cleared by mom's admins.

and addressing your first point about there being some other reason for banning you, what do you want me to say? contrary to what you think, me and the rest of the admins hate hackers, like i told you before some of them disliked you to begin with for whatever their reasons and liked you even less after i revealed that you had admitted to hacking months ago. you were banned a couple times for hacking/ghosting or just being plain annoying in the CSP and Sa Prison and the stigma of you being a hacker stuck to you. i honestly don't understand how you can hold that against my fellows.

lets make bullet points.

- you claimed once a hacker always a hacker (this disregards whether or not chunkey was in the clan or not)
- me and chunkey had the same amount of evidence against us. HEARSAY. SA had no demos of me, neither did AE.
- as you said before, AE had a stigma against me even before they found out I supposedly hack
- as you said yesterday, I honestly had no chance to begin with (getting unbanned), so I proceeded out of curiosity
- the only thing i hold against any of your admins is favoritism amongst each other.

you pointed it out yourself that the only reason why mom didn't ban me was because she was my friend (but at the same time, went by hearsay). same goes with chunkey. same went with SA, when their admins did shitty things and didn't get banned for it. It's just all bullshit. And I'm not going to respect bullshit. There were also times where someone would be racist in moms server, and she would ban them, but if it was one of her close friends she wouldn't ban them.

I'm sure you guys know banning me without proof, as you did, was not the proper way of doing things. also, me claiming I hack does not prove I actually hack. regardless of what I say, or anyone else says about if they hack, evidence needs to be there. I guess with people you don't give a shit about, hearsay is good enough. With chunkey, it isn't though. He is a "favorite". Funny thing is, even way before I claimed to hack in SA, I got banned for walling and ghosting. Ghosting is obviously something no one can prove, unless you are actually in the vent, or the person in the vent records it and sends it to the admins. But regardless of when I was not hacking or supposedly hacking or actually hacking, i still got banned because of this main point... It's the "STIGMA" I have

It is valid. I am the one that banned you. Ever since we brought the server back a few days ago, they kept asking if they should ban you again. I just finally decided yes. I dont need proof, you admitted it in a serious manner, thats all I need.

Chunkey is a completely different story. He was banned about 2 weeks after mom gave me admin, like all the admins, I was watching him very closely, and never once saw the proof that some of the other admins "saw". I was very unsupportive of this ban, and I believe I am one of the reasons for his unbanning. He was in no way affiliated with AE at the time and I neither liked nor disliked him. It was only after mom kicked him out of tmt, and we were sure he didnt hack that we allowed him to join.

What the hell?

I'm glad I made myself clear when I said I don't really care anymore about getting unbanned, and this post was mainly out of curiosity, yet you keep coming back to "shocka face it, you aren't going to get unbanned". But beside that point, I'm guessing that none of you decided to respond to any of my other points I had made, probably because you don't care enough to reply to them, or you realized that I actually have valid points, and any reply would either contradict what you are saying or make you look hypocritical.

Poop, you supposedly didn't ban my friend Stunna, even though he claimed to wall hack. You had said that even if he said he walled, that was not substantial evidence to go through with banning him. I'm not even sure if you went through with considering it or not, but with me your clan members did, plus more.

Ark. Chunkey's story is more similar to mine then you think. I was banned in SA for ghosting, then walling. As most admins were watching me very closely, other admins that I wasn't even cool with claimed to never see the "proof" that other admins saw (just as you said with chunkey). A few admins that nor liked me or disliked me, still did not find proof that I hacked, even though they spec'd me as much (if not more) than the other admins.

But getting back to my bullet point. If you guys love that phrase "once a hacker, always a hacker", then what exempts Chunkey from that, but for me it's accurate. You guys had the same amount of evidence, except with me, you disliked me from the start (had a motive), and with him you were neutral (did not have a motive). Let's put it all together, and what do we get. A BULLSHIT BAN. No evidence. No proof. No logic. Going by hearsay. I'm guessing you guys believe in the bible as well. Along with unicorns and fairies. Same amount of evidence for each.

Yes I admit, I act too loud sometimes, or as some would say "annoying". But that does not justify the claim that I hack, nor does it disprove it either. But using the logic you do, the fact that you have a motive to get me banned because I'm "annoying" does not surprise me. If you are going to ban me, ban me for "annoyance". Or you can stick to your position in which it has the same amount of evidence for chunkey. Either way, you guys need to stop with the mominator tactics, if you can. Happy gaming faggots.
